Okay! Things are looking up.

Not such a pretty picture, eh? I certainly had to take a deep breath and put all vanity aside to have this picture taken and then put it out there for all of you to see! But, hopefully, seeing me like this will encourage you to take care of your skin.

The Fourth of July is already past. It does not seem possible!

All of a sudden we are into June.

Several of my dear friends have recently become grandmothers. Other than the possible negative connotation regarding age, I think that title sounds like just about the very best one!

I've lived in Evergreen for 15 years, hiking all around, finding my favorite trails, absolutely loving every minute of my time outdoors, thinking I'd seen it all. But, I'd never been to Moab! Not until this past weekend, that is.

We want to awe and inspire you -- our treasured guests -- but also each other here at the spa and the rest of the world, too!

I don't think I ever really thought that far ahead when I was considering starting a spa.

I often think about how fortunate I have been to participate in such an incredible adventure
