Oh, my, I'm approaching my "double nickel" birthday this month. But, I've decided one method to feel young and connected is to enter the social media world - Blogging, Facebook, Twitter. It's all new to me. I'll bet that many of you have been interacting and sharing for quite a while. And others, like me, are dubious of this fairly new phenomenon. I'm eager to hear your thoughts on this method of communication.

I'm wondering if years ago, people scoffed at the telephone, saying: "Who wants to talk to someone you can't see through a funny-shaped object?" I know that I NEVER imagined the internet or e-mail would be as powerful as it is today. I'm one of the slowest to pick up on new technology. So instead of harrumphing, here I go.
