Once again, my mind turns to gratitude.
Of course, I know that there are so many people throughout the world who don't have the freedoms we enjoy. But, the current rebellions erupting in Egypt, Libya and other countries have really brought it front-and-center for me. I have often taken our democratic system for granted, never really comprehending how horrific it is to be under the power of a crazed dictator. And, though it can be frustrating to have the gridlock among our political parties and their opinions, at least we can
express ourselves without punishment or reprisals. I am so grateful to be a citizen of the United States. And, I'm grateful to be able to work with such a marvelous team at TallGrass, here in beautiful Colorado. I hope gratitude is crossing your mind today, too. We are grateful as always for your patronage. And pretty thankful, too, that Spring is on the way!

Spa Babe - Sarah Tomko
Sarah Tomko may be Spa Babe, but her real claim to fame is the great regard guests and fellow staff members have for her. Everyone loves Sarah. Her customer service skills are exceptional and her massage services are extraordinary. That's because a big heart and loving spirit are behind everything she touches.
Sarah's own quest for finding healthy balance in her life and a desire to share that with others led her to become a massage therapist. "I wanted an organic lifestyle, to be able to connect with people and bring relaxation and relief into their lives," she says. "I love working with mothers, athletes and people who are recovering," she continues. "It's important to take into consideration the benefits of comforting touch." See what we mean? Sarah is full of heart and soul.
Returning to school, Sarah is studying for her BS in Nursing. She also takes aerial dance classes, practices yoga and catches up with friends and family. "Face-to-face time and heart space time are the best fuel for the spirit," she says. Sarah is pictured here with TallGrass owner Gail Ridings.
